Belbin Symposium - 6th and 7th October 2010
Spaces are limited, so book your place now!
What is it?
The Belbin Symposium replaces the traditional Belbin Conference and has been designed to engage everyone attending in a series of practical workshops led by our most experienced Belbin practitioners from around the world.
The first day will start with a Q&A plenary with the Management and Team guru, Dr. Meredith Belbin. Barrie Watson will be interviewing Meredith using a list of questions that you have provided.
The main part of the day will then be devoted to you attending four workshops from a possible eleven. Each of these workshops will focus on tried and tested tools, ideas and tips. You will leave each session armed with checklists, slides, ‘how-to’ guides, the occasional paper, and exercise ideas!
We would be delighted if you decide to join us for drinks and the gala dinner that evening. This gives you a chance to meet with the Belbin team (including Meredith) and with like-minded Belbin practitioners.
The second day will consist of two workshops, both finishing at lunchtime. You will be able to choose which you would like to attend. Once you’ve had lunch and finished networking with all the other attendees, we will draw the Symposium to a close.
Who should attend?
Anyone who has experience using the e-interplace Belbin Team Role reports or is Belbin-accredited and wants to learn more about the options for making the most of the methodology.
Why you should attend?
In the current economic climate, we decided the focus should move away from offering the traditional series of interesting presentations to providing you with something more practical. You will have plenty of ideas you can apply immediately which will add value and help you maximise your investment (time and money) in Belbin Team Roles. Attendance will also give you the opportunity to network and exchange informal ideas with other Belbin practitioners.
PLEASE NOTE: To ensure this new format achieves the desired outcomes we are strictly limited to eighty delegates on a “first come, first served” basis.
