Picture your most effective manager...

This doesn’t necessarily mean the one you socialised with or liked the most. Perhaps they made your job easier, clearer, more understandable. Maybe they motivated and inspired you, or genuinely showed that they cared.

At Belbin, we are interested in discovering out the behavioural traits which make for the most effective managers. We are also interested to find out what you observed in the least effective managers.

So, click the links on the right-hand side of this page to complete a quick questionnaire – this will be in the form of a ticklist of words that describe behavioural strengths and weaknesses. Your response will remain anonymous, but please enter your email address if you would like a copy of the final report to be sent to you. Perhaps something to leave on your current manager's desk..?!

Once we have received a sufficient sample size from which to draw conclusions, we will produce a report based on the findings, using contributions from Meredith Belbin as well as our e-interplace software.
