We are delighted to announce that Max Isaac, who has been successfully applying Belbin Team Role theory in organisations worldwide over the past decade, has taken the next step in becoming Belbin North America.

Max is the President of the successful consultancy, 3Circle Partners (www.3circlepartners.com). His daughter Lindsay will be spearheading the Belbin North America venture, and has already successfully launched the Belbin brand via their website: http://improvingteams.com. Lindsay has included a blog, and currently the topic is- How Barack Obama's Team Roles have changed and developed after 100 days as President. This links with the work carried out earlier in the year with the Canadian Newspaper Globe and Mail, where readers were asked to comment on the behaviours of both Obama and McCain.
