We run regular 1-day 'How To..." Training sessions.  These are the perfect introduction to Belbin for those who don't require full accreditation

To get the most out of your teams, attending one of our 1-day courses is a great starting point.  We'll teach you the Belbin theory and help you to turn it into practical business outcomes.




The day is aimed at Learning and Development/HR professionals who:

I used the Belbin Circle exercise so that it became obvious where the gaps were, and we used the action plan to detail how we overcome this. Also, we looked at the balance between positive and negative observations which gave some really good insight into the impact peoples behaviours were having on others.  Since the first session was so successful I plan to hold another one with another project team in a couple of weeks time".

'How To...' Sessions cost £495 + VAT per person. Discounts are available for early bird bookings and additional attendees.

T&Cs: Once you have completed the booking form, and you have received confirmation that your place is booked, we will assume that you will be attending the 'How to...' Session. Payment must be made prior to the session. Unless we receive more than 14 days notice before the session commences that you are unable to attend, refunds cannot be given. If you do not attend, and haven't informed us as previously stated, payment will still be requested.
