Belbin Team Roles are used to identify people's behavioural strengths and weaknesses in the workplace. The Team Role reports enable individuals to build mutual trust, understanding and productive working relationships. Using the reports also helps select/develop high performing teams, raise self-awareness and increase personal effectiveness.
We provide Team Role reports, games, training and consultancy and other materials to help you make a difference.
