What is e-interplace®?

e-interplace® is the Belbin software package, designed for use by everyone from the independent consultant to the HR manager of a large organisation. It is designed for anyone wishing to profile large numbers of people and benefit from the full range of Belbin reports. Belbin has been developing e-interplace® in response to customer needs since 1988 and the software is now in its 6th version.

Who uses e-interplace®?

e-interplace® is currently used by:

• Professionals in training, management, human resources and career development
• Managers and executives making important HR, recruitment and promotional decisions
• Those interested in self-management and personal career development

What does the software package include?

On purchase of e-interplace®, you will receive:

• 200 Self-Perception Inventories (SPI) (manual or online input)
• Unlimited 360° Observer Feedback (manual or online input)
• Unlimited team/group reports
• Unlimited job profiling and job compatibility reports
• Books: Management Teams - Why They Succeed or Fail, Team Roles at Work, Beyond the Team
• Three slideshow presentations with or without Dr Belbin’s voiceover
• A range of handouts including inventories and advice on feeding back reports

Do I need training to use e-interplace®?

If you are planning to run and feed back a large number of Belbin® profiles, it is strongly recommended that you undertake a Team Role Accreditation Course. This will provide you with an in-depth knowledge of Team Role theory, case studies to practise feedback and much more. You do not need to be accredited to purchase e-interplace®.

If you are looking for an introduction to using the e-interplace® software, the e-interplace® tutorial is designed to introduce you to using the software and can be tailored to fit your particular needs. If you are looking to enhance your understanding of Belbin® Team Roles, the Team Role Accreditation Course would be more suitable.

I'm using Microsoft Vista, will e-interplace® work?

Absolutely, the latest version of our e-interplace® software is MS Vista-compatible.
