Dominic Alldis
Dominic Alldis is a jazz pianist, orchestral conductor and business speaker. He is also a teacher at the Royal Academy of Music and appears regularly in concert venues, festivals and jazz clubs. As a conference speaker he gives a fascinating insight into the world of music as a metaphor for a range of business concerns: a conductor inspiring an orchestra, a string quartet striving for precision, a jazz ensemble embracing improvisation.
In 2001, he founded Music and Management Ltd to launch a series of Musical Experiences for Executives; during these events participants are placed within either a live orchestra, string quartet or jazz band to experience leadership, teamwork and creativity from a unique perspective.
His worldwide clients include eBay, WPP Group, Morgan Stanley, Credit Suisse, Barclays, Deutsche Bank, Pfeizer, Siemens, Rolls Royce, Unilever, Airbus, Diageo, Renault, LVMH, as well as the London Business School in the UK, INSEAD in France, and Columbia Business School in the US.
