- I don't know my serial number and password.
If you are expecting to complete a Self-Perception Inventory, please contact the administrator. This is the person who requested that you complete the assessment.
If you are expecting to complete an Observer Assessment, please contact whoever you are observing and they, in turn, can contact the administrator.
- I receive an error message: "Interplace has no record of this login code. Please use your Back button to change it."
Please check that the serial number is six digits long and that you have included "uk" (or equivalent) on the end of the serial number. Also check that you have spelt the password correctly.
If you are still having problems, please contact whoever asked you to complete the assessment (your Belbin administrator) and let them know that you are unable to log in.
