Anne Kühnell

Anne Kühnell is a consultant and trainer from Denmark. She has held a variety of senior management positions within the IT business, including Sales and Personnel Management in IBM and 10 years within Gartner Group, Scandinavia as Sales Manager, Managing director and European Vice President for IT Executive programs.

In 1999, Anne Kühnell made her dream come true and established a Conference Centre at her estate “Hesteriet Kumlegaard®”. Anne Kühnell is a Horse Dream Partner and founder of EAHAE, European Association for Horse Assisted Education. The centre is open to the public, and offers a unique learning environment, combining rural atmosphere with focused business development. Ms. Kühnell is a certified trainer and coach and a very experienced user of the Belbin Team Role and Work Roles concepts, among others. She has specialised in working with multi-cultural environments as well as improving teamwork within Management Teams, Project Teams, Production Teams and Sales. Her approach is always closely linked to the business strategy of the customer or team.
