Rickard Gille

Rickard Gille has been working as Talent Manager in Securitas Systems since 2006.

He works directly to the CEO and among his responsibilities are: Implementation of values; Management Team Development/Training; Management Support; Our way – Corporate model, SMT (System Management Training) and Strategic Recruitment.

He has more than 15 years experience as a consultant within Acando Frontec and CEPRO Management Consultants working with HR-Strategic areas ; Management Development, Talent Management and Change Management. He has also worked as Business Area Manager for DNV Management Consulting.
