Who is the tutorial aimed at?
This half-day tutorial is aimed at anyone who wishes to learn more about their e-interplace® system. Whether a new user or an old hand, find out just how much the system can do. We tailor our tutorial to your organisation's needs, so you'll gain a sound, jargon-free understanding of the functionality of e-interplace® from one of our customer support team. This is a great way of finding out all you need to know to make e-interplace® work for you.
- Online and offline features of e-interplace
- Administration of the questionnaires (Self-Perception Inventory, Observer Assessments, Job Requirements and Job Observations)
- Generation of reports for individuals, teams and jobs
- Overview and explanation of the 30+ e-interplace® reports
- Explanation of internal slideshows and handouts
What's more, to ensure that the learning doesn’t stop once we've left the building, we offer a phone or email helpdesk from 9.30am-5pm, Monday-Friday GMT.
What are the costs involved?
If you request a tutorial within a month of ordering e-interplace®, the tutorial is free.* For further details and costing, please contact Peter or Victoria in the office.
*Travel expenses are payable. Car travel is charged at £0.40 per mile. Accommodation costs may also be charged if the venue is more than two hours away from Cambridge.
