How much does a Belbin Team Role Report cost?

This depends on how many you would like to purchase!

For individuals and small teams

If you are looking to use the reports for personal development or to enhance self-awareness whether for yourself or a small team, you can purchase links to the Self-Perception Inventory (SPI) via this website. As well as completing the self-assessment, individuals will be given the opportunity to add up to 6 observer assessments each - for work colleagues to observe them and enhance their Team Role profile.

Costs

You can purchase links by credit card and the total cost is £30 per person. The whole process is automated so profiles can be completed and reports returned within 30 minutes of purchase.

For larger teams and groups

If you would like to 'Belbin' everyone within your team and might have special requirements (such as collective team/group report), you can set up an online account via the office. This will allow you to send out a link to the individuals which enables them to complete the Self-Perception inventory and invite as many observers assessments as needed. You can specify where the completed reports are sent, and keep an eye on everyone's progress!

Costs

Team/group reports cost £50.00 per team.

For organisations and consultants

If you envisage using Belbin Team Roles on a larger scale - perhaps using them as part of your Management Development programme, or your Recruitment policy, it makes both practical and financial sense to purchase the e-interplace account. This account gives you full access to all 24 reports available, along with a whole list of resources, including books, handouts and slide presentations. You can manage the whole account without having to contact us here at Belbin, and produce the reports you need.

Costs

The e-interplace account (available as software, or as a completely online account) costs £3000 + VAT. There is no annual fee, and you do not have to be trained to use it, although we do recommend it! The e-interplace account comes with 200 units (1 unit is used up each time a self-perception inventory is completed, all other reports are free of charge) and other benefits. With this account, the cost works out at £15 per person, if you don't include the range of supporting materials and additional reports supplied with the account!

Once those 200 units have been used, more can be purchased at reduced rate.
