We are looking for a Sales Executive who can help grow the Belbin brand by selling our latest Belbin reports to new and existing customers.
The ideal candidate would;
- be a high energy self-starter with great communication skills.
- be extremely organised, reliable and have high levels of professionalism
- have enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
- take on responsibility for identifying and exploring new markets.
- have a ‘can-do’ attitude and a curious mind.
Not just a sales role, we expect everyone within Belbin to have a passion for helping individuals and teams to use the Belbin reports to best effect, so listening and understanding customers’ needs before and after the sale is a key part of the role.
This is a full-time, office based position. The role would suit someone who has previous experience, though not necessarily in a sales role, and who is ideally university educated, and looking for their next role.
Attitude and suitability are more important than qualifications and experience. Full training will be given and for suitable applicants there is a chance to really progress within the company.
Salary circa £28K. 25 days holiday + bank holidays. Pension scheme.
