I am a Belbin Accredited Team Coach and the founder of Belbin Estonia. With over 27 years of experience in leadership development and teamwork training, I work with real teams—not artificial setups or theoretical groups.
My focus is to help teams see themselves clearly, understand their behavioral strengths, uncover hidden potential, and manage allowable weaknesses. Mary Ann has been working as a coach for over fifteen years. Her clients trust and rely on her ability to quickly establish a supportive space within which a team, or individual, can safely share their workplace ideas, concerns and ambitions. She listens, observes, questions, and reflects back during the coaching conversation. She keeps the focus on the goals agreed at the outset of the coaching session or series, helping re-articulate and adjust these goals as needed.
Mary Ann coaches leadership and senior management teams, with particular experience in coaching pairs and trios in shared co-Chief Executive roles.
