Belbin expertise at your fingertips

We know there are a myriad ways to implement Belbin within your organisation. There is rarely a one-size fits all approach.

At Belbin, we are passionate about ensuring that anyone can use and benefit from Belbin. This is why we spend our time and resources ensuring the Belbin reports are full of practical advice and guidance, which is accessible and useful for all – from graduate to managing director.

To get the most from the reports, to share our Belbin strengths with the others in the team and understand how best to use this information, there are options.

  • It could be you are after more of a hands-off approach, where we would work alongside you, clarify objectives and business outcomes, and run a bespoke workshop for your team.
  • Or, you might want to become the Belbin expert – whether internally as part of your L&D or HR toolkit, or as an independent trainer, facilitator, coach or consultant.
  • We have also partnered with a long-standing customer to offer your teams an opportunity to discover more about the way the work together via an outdoor experiential route.
  • And for coaches, we have an Accredited Belbin Coaching programme. Ideal if you are looking to make the transition from individual to team coaching.

If you are still unsure how to best help your teams, please get in touch. Our team are here to listen and advise.

Belbin Team Role Accreditation

Whether you're an HR, L&D or training professional, or an independent facilitator, coach or management consultant, becoming Belbin accredited will give you a solid grounding in Belbin theory, and confidence in delivering report feedback and team workshops.

Belbin Team Workshops

Is your team as effective as it needs to be? A Belbin workshop will help.

  • You may need to clarify objectives or ensure that a project team understands what it must accomplish.
  • Maybe there is some conflict in the team, or maybe there is a change management program just around the corner.
  • Is hybrid work not working as you'd hope? Are there people who feel disconnected and not part of the team?
  • Is team culture hindering team performance and development?
  • There may be some confusion within the team – does everyone know how they should contribute?

Belbin Accredited Team Coaching Programme

This exciting new programme is designed for those looking to expand their skills and gain accreditation in the emerging area of Team Coaching.

It provides a unique learning opportunity as delegates are guided and fully supported through a nine-month programme by a faculty of internationally accredited and experienced Team Coaches.

The learning programme will combine elements of tacit learning through exploring relevant current theory, alongside individual action and practice, followed by active, critical reflection, with an emphasis very much on the latter.

Delegates will be empowered to develop their own perspective, understanding and approach for when and how they would operate as a Team Coach.
