We know there are a myriad ways to implement Belbin within your organisation. There is rarely a one-size fits all approach.
At Belbin, we are passionate about ensuring that anyone can use and benefit from Belbin. This is why we spend our time and resources ensuring the Belbin reports are full of practical advice and guidance, which is accessible and useful for all – from graduate to managing director.
To get the most from the reports, to share our Belbin strengths with the others in the team and understand how best to use this information, there are options.
- Workshop It could be you are after more of a hands-off approach, where we would work alongside you, clarify objectives and business outcomes, and run a bespoke workshop for your team.
- Accreditation Or, you might want to become the Belbin expert – whether internally as part of your L&D or HR toolkit, or as an independent trainer, facilitator, coach or consultant.
- 'How to...' You might want to feel confident running Belbin workshops and using the Belbin reports, but are not looking for full Belbin Accreditation.
- Team Coaching And for coaches, we have an Accredited Belbin Coaching programme. Ideal if you are looking to make the transition from individual to team coaching.
