This set of questions has come about from asking a group of Belbin Accredited practitioners for their thoughts and insights.
It isn’t an exhaustive list, but we believe we have covered the ‘must ask’ questions. We’ve included some blank cards for you to add your own.
These cards can be used in a myriad of ways – with the manager on a 1:1 basis, or with the team as a whole. You can pre-select the questions to ask, or the manager/team can decide which ones are most relevant. You can decide on a particular order or see how the conversations flow. It is unlikely you would use all the cards in one session, so as a top tip – be a little selective.
