Belbin is taught and used by organisations worldwide. Why? It is a practical tool for self-development and building high-performing teams. It is based on a decade of research, studying teams to understand why they succeed or fail. And we've been refining and updating it ever since.
But sometimes, the story gets lost in the retelling. A photocopy of a photocopy. A PowerPoint passed from department to department.
So we want to give you an opportunity for you to hear about the theory and the application, from the horse's mouth, so to speak.

- We take you through the research, including how each cluster of behaviours was discovered.
- How those clusters became known as Belbin Team Roles, and how this knowledge can be used by individuals, managers and teams.
- The importance of feedback – and why Belbin doesn't measure personality
- A look though the Belbin reports – how you can use this data to make real differences to your team's performance and efficacy.

These webinars are live, free to attend, and are held every three months.
