Our Research
Belbin has recently conducted a survey investigating the use of AI within HR and L&D contexts.
We wanted to better understand how the use of AI impacts teamwork, and how views on this are evolving as the use of AI becomes more widespread.
We surveyed 250 individuals working in HR, L&D and OD to discover how AI is shaping teamwork.
In this paper, we share our results and recommendations for teams exploring AI.
